What vent setup should i use for a 400 watt HPS uncooled in a 1m/1m/2m grow tent????

you should be fine with a 170 cfm inline fan (not the cheap boosters at home depot, check out hydro stores' inline fans), 4 inch ducting and you can size your filter with info typically at hydro stores web sites.

I read that a 4ftx4ft space would let me get the most out of 400 watts but i can only fit this one.

It definitely will I have used the exact tent with a 600w MH setup it worked flawlessly, I ended up using a squirrel cage fan with 6inch duct running through side hole as intake because of the suction issue that resolved all heat and air problems with that setup so much so I now use the same setup in a little larger Jardon tent. Look at my sig 5 strain med grow and see the 4,11' X 4,11' X 6,11' tent I use it as veg tent in same room as my flowering operation.
 
Thanks for the help that exact tents on its way cant wait!!!! and i seen you setup and plants looks well. Mine are still babys 3 seedlings about 4/5 wks old and a clone about 6/7 wks old (all Northern lights)

Love the tents, I've got a DR120 and run 1 good inline fan for carbon/hood and it works fine (gotta have speed controller!). Have the negative pressure thing going but nice cool temps in the basement and plenty of cool air going in. Completely odor free.
