I have an iPhone 5, anything for that?? I saw some type of clip on but wasnt sure how it works
You just have to search, mine is a case that has threads on the camera hole that a loupe threads into, Being you use an older phone it would be easy to find and prolly cheap as hell too, I paid 6 bucks for mine and will never go back to hand held again, the next step for me would be a cheap microscope and just clip a sample to test

EDIT::Here I found ya one, if ya search you could prolly get it cheaper but 20 bones aint bad :) BB

I was told to order a cheap loupe/magnifying glass for trichomes near end of flower and I'm gonna order one off of ebay but I came across so many differnt ones lol.

What should I be looking for?
• what zoom should I go for, like x25, x45, x100?
•should it have a light on it?
Price range- $5-15

Let me know if I should get one of the pics I post?
the word is the 30x is the best

of the selection I'd go the 40x

get 2, as often you use all the time

goodluck

I prefer one like this. What I like about this is that you can use the zoom on the camera of your phone to increase magnification and to take pictures

I finally got mine, I tried using it on simple things like letters on paper and I'm struggling hah, the letters are upside down no matter what way I look through it and it's difficult cause left is right/right is left. Any tips lol

Try looking at trichomes?

You're not trying to read with it. Lol. You are trying to hold still and see the finite detail.

Try examining the bottom of a leaf. See the veins and the texture. Then learn to slowly pan the scope.

All light microscopes invert images.

I have not tried looking at the plant with it yet, I'm still waiting for more thrichomes to appear, I just checked it out for acouple minutes adjusting it and looking at some letters on paper then I took the batteries out and put it up. I guess I've struggled at looking through a microscope like this!.
