I cook from the heart... rarely use recipes...
oil to ganja ratio is 1cup/1oz (same as the milk) veggie oil goes good with a wide assortment of foods.
again, you want the temp hot enough to cook the thc into the fat cells
but low enough that you dont burn it all off....
just above medium heat usually works best...
you'll see little bubbles rise up and just mash it in and stir..the longer the better.
I do 1 hour sometimes 1.5hr... some people do up to 3 hours...
strain the leaves from the oil, press all the oil out that you can.
(DONT use a plastic colander...it will melt if you strain while it's hot)
then jar the oil...and use it in everyday cooking!
basic brownies in a box call for 1/2cup oil... so instead of normal oil...use the green stuff.
you can use it in anything though... it's marvelous!
refrigerate for better taste and shelf life.
