What to do with all this trim!?

I just harvested my first grow that I actually got to see through from seed to harvest. Now i have all this trim and am not sure what to do with it. I want to make concentrates, my gf who can't even cook Mac n cheese wants to make edibles. Here's my question... For concentrates would I want to dry my trim or freeze it and use it "fresh?" And for making edibles... Same question but are you able to decarb trim when it is either fresh or fresh frozen or does it need to be dry? Thanks RIU!!

Bubble bag it all, then make edibles from the hash. I can never understand why ppl use trim to make edibles when they can't possibly know the proper dosage (mg) per serving. This is how ppl eat too much when they think it's not going to work. At least when using a concentrate, you can have a pretty good idea what the dosage rate might be. This is what I use for my concentrates. 1 edible is a great time for a person with a tolerance, or half for a newbie. 1.25g shatter/wax/comb, 1.75g for hash, 1.5 qwiso/qwet extract, 2.25g keif per dozen edibles made. I've been using this tek for 4+yrs now, and never fails.
