What to do next and where to get seeds?

So after making a thread last night and getting a metric shit ton of information I went from growing in an aluminum foil covered box and on a window sill to this cabinet (picture below)
I'd like to check and see if this is okay, see what I should do next, and what is a safe website to order good seeds from that will ship to the US.
Information about my cabinet setup- 3 lights putting out a total of 4300 lumens, I'll be doing lighting it 18/6 because I guess that's the best one for vegatation. There are 2 fans, one is intake and the other helps with circulation of the air, I don't have an exhaust fan but the cabinet isn't air tight and there is plentry of air exhausting due to the higher air pressure in the cabinet thanks to the good intake fan. I'll paint the cabinet when I can but for now I just have some matte white tape on the door to help reflect a bit more onto the plant.
So what should I do next and where to get seeds? I'm willing to pay for quality seeds but I don't want to invest a lot of money into the growing setup until I decide if it's something I want to continue and really invest myself in. (Currently I just have one baby sprout of belladonna) I also moved the plant more to the right of the cabinet after I took the picture because I was concerned about how close it was to one of the bulbs. It didn't seem to be to hot but wanted to be safe.

What kind of light is that? If it is just a general purpose house bulb then it won't do very much. Also might be giving off a little too much heat, being so close.

General purpose house lights so they don't put out as much light as I'd like. I want to add 2 more to get it around 6000 lumens. 2 of the lights are 1600 lumens each and the 3rd is 1100. Plant is moved even further away from the lights and I pointed the fans better to get move more of the heat out

I don't want to sound like a jerk, but if I didn't say something then I wouldn't be helping much.
But you can't grow with those type of bulbs, well you could but it probably wouldn't grow much and eventually die.

Try CFLs, they are just as cheap as a regular bulb and you can grow with them.

I use them with my grow, for a pack of 4 was 7$ at Walmart I believe. And I've even seen 4 packs of the 13-watts at dollar stores.

Sorry if I put a cloud over your grow, but its something you would of found out eventually.

They say to use the 2700k for veg and the 6500k for flower.
But I use a mix of both.
Okay, will the lights I've got now be enough just for a few days till I can get to the store and pick up some cfls? And what is the lumen output of the cfls? Just so I know how many I should buy

Wait, are cfls the weird swirly lights the look a bit like a soft serve icecream? Because I have 2 of those and they are the ones putting out 1600 lumens each. And don't worry about sounding like a jerk, I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing so I really appreciate the help

id say deffo an upgrade on bulb u should be ok for a few days but i would get something better asap seen a lot people get away with low wattage cfls here on small grows and have great sucess id stick with 1 plant for now and get used to the bagseed before investing lots of money in seeds before you have the correct atmosphere get used to getting something out before investing lots of money in something you havent done enough research on once the methods and atmosphere are good then progress from there not being rude when i say that just hate to see you waste money for jumping way ahead of urself the bagseeds free = great test product so u can learn to train and top and do as u like with no risk plus it could be male yet so having a female around could be bad if u hadnt done the research to identify them = more loss of money hope this helps bulbs look like this not sure on best wattage as i dont use them i will add its not all about lumins may i suggest looking up light spectrums warm white for instance :D$_57.JPG

Okay, I do have a lot of cfls around then so I'll switch out the one non clf bulb with a 20 cfl for now. I'll do some more research on how to create the best atmosphere and growing setup for my cabinet. Do you have any advice or tips on how to set the up my growing cabinet better? If my biggest issue is the lights than I should be able to get that fixed pretty soon. And you seem to know a lot about this so If you have any set up tips I'd really like to hear them before I brave the cluster fuck of arguments in the online forums

So after making a thread last night and getting a metric shit ton of information .
First I want to express that I am NOT a troll or looking to insult anyone.

You said you got a shitload of information...are you going to do anything with that information?

Please for the love of Mother Ganja do some reading and learning before buying seeds or any other equipment (besides the cfl lighting that was previously suggested)!!!!

Incandescent lighting will serve no purpose at all except to give your seedlings a heat generator.

Anyway dude, YES you too can cultivate cannabis! But, without knowledge you are pissing in the wind.

Most of the information you need and are asking for has been asked and answered literally 1000s of time on RIU alone. The search tool is your friend.

OH! and BTW....

Welcome to RIU, and the wonderful world of cultivating the world's most misunderstood and feared medicines!!!

The only 'advice' I can give you or anyone is to read and learn and then apply what you have read and learned to your garden and you cannot fail. Anyways, remember the search tool is your friend...Lots of folks here willing to help a new farmer get up and growing. But at the end of the day your grow will be only as good as the knowledge and work you put into it.

It is always great to ask questions but do not take anyone's advice or opinions and follow blindly. Do your own research, you will be much happier knowing you have done it for yourself and by yourself. The first buzz you get from your own budz...is by far the BEST high you will ever have!

knowledge is power as they say advice id give is work out how ur gonna keep that plant small as ur running stealth grows in a cabinet for a plant that could want to reach 4 foot checkout the cabinet grows threads here as they provide lots of info im not even running one but still found usefull nuggets of information no matter where i go ask questions but always do ur own research and if all fails stop and ask urself what would mother nature do id also get some white paint for the cabinet try keep ya lights close but not touching cfl is great for this and remember fans are air movers not gale force wind creators u can use them to ur advantage for more than air moving some say it helps strengthen the plant but not if its on stage 3 bending it in half

I've been researching for a few weeks but every thing I find online has something else to contridicts it so I figure it's better to just ask. I had people tell me I need a whole hydroponic setup just to grow one plant and others telling me I can just put it on my window and leave it. I just want to know if the 3 cfls (now around it should be just over 4000 lumens) and my 2 fans will make my plant grow. And I've got no clue what stage 3 is so I'm gonna go look into that

windowsil not enough on lights on time cfls will be fine for 1
Okay. So I think I'm okay with lighting until it gets to the flowering part. My only issue now is do I need to do anything to maintain it for this stage other than doing the 18/6 light thing and watering?
