What to do? Mother or clones?

I got one free seed in a recent order called Fruity Chronic Juice. It's a fem.
I was going to make this a mother plant and just take cuttings off it.
And I did, yesterday. Here is ho it looks:

Now a couple of weeks ago, I pinched the top out of it. Even with the cuttings taken off the bottom, I have at least 6 possible colas that could easily develop on it if I was to put it into flower.

Do I stick with my original plant and keep it a mother, using the clones in my "4 Queens" cap-like ebb and grow or put the mother to flower and hold the clones for later ??

What to do?

Oh, yea, I have a 4x4 tent with a 400w cmh to use.

What say you ...

Hey Man, I just harvested some fruity chronic juice earlier tonight. I don't know whats best to do , personal preference I guess. I use the plant from seed as a mother till i have a dozen or so clones. Then flower the mother. Then I'll flower a couple of the clones every 2 weeks or so. When I get down to a couple clones left I take clones from them, and kinda just keep goin like that. Usually I'm juggling 3 or 4 strains simultaneously like that. Good Luck

Well, until you've tested the strain by flowering it, how do you know you want to keep it?

Are you growing anything else right now? Any plans to do so?

IIWY, I'd flower at least one clone now, just to test it out. If you don't like strain, get rid of the clones and move on. If you aren't growing anything else, then flower ALL your clones.

If you do like the strain, you're set to make more clones from your existing mom, or you can make them while the current ones are flowering.

Yes, you could flower the mom, but with so many tops, training may be a bit of a hassle, and you'll probably also have to transplant. Its easier to flower clones into good one-cola plants than deal with training a mother, I think.

Thanks Straightjacket and Jogro. I do want to test out my new system, so I put the clones to flower just as soon as they are big enough. I need to slow down the growth on my mother though, she's growing beautifully....
