dont bend while flowering (stress during budding increase chances of your plants hermiing on you...) and follow manufacturer;s recommendation, check out my journal, i keep my lights about 24'' from the tops and get great results
I have done absolutely retarded things to my bitches during flowering and have never had a hermie. lol

Not saying it doesn't increase the chances, but if it's a happy bitch, from my experience, it should be ok.

I've even done HST, breaking branches, etc. during flowering and didn't notice any stunting or noticeable stress to the bitch.

If I don't keep my LED at least 2 feet away I start getting brown rusty spots on some leaves. I use CalMag also so that's not the default answer I'm looking for. This seems to happen only on auto's though but I haven't grown many regular/feminized seeds.

The Subject Of Causing Hermaphrodite Plant Always Make Me Laugh.Fellows The Most Common Reason A Plant Hermi's On Us Is Due To Poor Breeding(Not Stable Genetics). These So Called Breeders Want To Blame The Grower For Their Piss Poor Breeding Technique's.
