I've generally noticed early in the morning when school buses are pulling into schools the cops kinda concentrate around that area. Also whenever schools are letting out they'll generally stick around there in hopes of keeping speeders from going full retard in school zones and around areas where kids could be walking around and whatnot.

How do you figure out there routes ?
You drive around a lot ad start to get a feel for when they patrol
I have noticed that during rush hour they post up facing the traffic. So i'd wait until this time to set out and ALWAYS would pass them with out a worry. They are looking at heavy traffic as they can wright more tickets that way. They also post up nearby Schools when students go IN and OUT. They also like to post up at night time on long strips of roads to catch speeders. My town is small and I have yet to get pulled over carrying anything in my car. I also move my insurance card and needed documents IN CASE I would get pulled over in the center console and designated my glove box to the cannabis.
Also word of advise. Don't speed, check your lights are working and keep that seat belt on. Obey the traffic laws and cops won't have a reason to pull you over.

I to move my insurance, and ID to a safe to grab spot. One time I got pulled over, and I was searching for my ID in my center console I'm pretty sure had a pipe in it, and it was pretty scary. Luckily he was a dumb cop cop, so he didn't realize me barely open my center console, and slip my hand in when grabbing my ID.

This man speaks the truth. Also if you have cruise control use it. Keep an eye on your speed limits. If the sign says 75 then keep it at 75. It's also good to blend in with traffic. Don't go out of your way to pass a clusterfuck of cars, trucks and 18 wheelers. Pay attention to your rear view mirror.
Another thing to note are medium to large cities. Know what you're going to be passing on the highways. In medium to large cities I'd say 99% of the time the state boys will be set up on the highway borders of them waiting with radar guns. If they're not on the border they'll be somewhere in the middle posted up. If it's during rush hour that's where these guys will be. They'll be looking for that average Joe that's running 15 to 20 minutes late heading to work and scooting along 10-15mph faster than usual to make it to work or whatever.
I could go on and on about this really. I spent 4.5 years driving around with no license. Made a few 1000 mile trips cause I was giving no fucks. Got popped on Xmas Eve lol

I just live in a city where everywhere I go when outside is insainly scrutinized by a group of undereducated people with the motivartions which I'm almost convinced is just to make my life worse. I grilled a cop why he was trying to make my life worse once by giving me a ticket, and contributing to the overall inability to function as well as I could of in this society . and he told me it was "the law", and I no longer have faith in the police, or my government

Is there a coffee shop or restaurant within viewing distance of the police department you could hang at for a couple hours here or there a couple days a week. After a few weeks you should be able to figure out when shift changes happen , and if your department is on staggered shifts or all change at once. If your in a larger city this might not be practical, unless you can network and have people watching all the area departments. Recon is your friend.
