Its super tiny and looks almost like a mini moth or something but I've looked up every fly and common bug and have not found a name or image that is close enough for me to know what it is for sure... Haven't had any problems from them and didn't even notice them till today.

Doesn't help the problem just gets rid of them. lol. Problem is I don't know what they are. I know how to get rid of them no problem.

It is grey but doesn't resemble a deer fly... Still can't figure it out.... Anyone ever see these in their rooms before?

Thats a moth fly :)

Its a dipteran (only 2 wings) but fuzzy and looks like a really small moth.

There not that big of a deal
But to get rid of them remove ALL standing water and dont let your plants stay saturated/over watered etc
They can be an issue in houses/bathrooms that have a sink or drain that isnt used for a while because they breed in the standing water thats in the bend of the drain.
Simply way to fix this is just to flush water and or some bleach down the sink every day to move the water and stop them from breeding.

Lmao thats funny as hell mix the two words of what I thought it looked like and it is what it is... Thank you for the info. And you are dead on with a sink not being used for a while... more like not used in a year or more... lol. They didn't appear till I opened up the room where the unused sink was located and it all makes sense now.

...if this is it it's called a white fly.

Nope moth flies and white fly are different pests.
He doesnt have white fly.

Just put some bleach down the sink once or twice and then after that just make sure to run it for a minute or two every day for 1-2 weeks.

...so you can say that definitively just based on those crappy pics he provided?

Yes I can.

Their the wrong color, they hold their wings in a different way, They have only two distinct wings, I could go on and on..
The picture of the white fly may seem similar to you but its not. Even with a shitty picture. there are clear and distinct morphological differences.
One is a Diptera'n & the other is a Homoptera'n

& based on the fact that I also asked about an unused sink or drain (which moth flies breed in and white fly DO NOT)
turns out he does have an unused sink/drain in the room.
blam its a moth fly.
