what the hell is this?

E2a: green thing looks like an aphid. On closer inspection fuck knows what the red jelly is! Did it move? Maybe someones been picking their nose a bit too deeply in ya growroom and carelessly flicked it away. Hope its nothing! G'luck

lol the insects in both picture look exactly the same, but one is red and one is clear. def not aphids.
also they are microscopic thoes pics were taken with a 200x microscope!

Appears to be a scale insect. Neem oil does offer some level of control but the results are unlikely to be fast enough for most people when faced with an infestation. Even when scale insects are dead they will still cling to the plant (normally along the main trunk or stem). Other controls to consider 1 or more applications of Hydrogen Peroxide or Horticultural Oil/Superior Oil also called "Dormant Oil". Good luck as these can be some fairly nasty pests to get a handle on and can seriously damage plant materials. Go on the offensive as soon as possible.http://gardening.about.com/od/insectpestid/g/Scale_Instects.htm
