It's definitely burnt, but could be too much nutrient (best guess), low humidity, or phosphorous deficiency.

What's the EC of your water? If none of that explains it, you're down to temperature and humidity. There's only so many things to go wrong bro. I'm not going to play this guessing game anymore so if you want to know, you'll have to list every detail... and maybe in a new thread too.
