I had a hermie before and I snipped off all the male flowers. The plant ended up fertilizing herself and yielding a half ounce less than the other girls none of which were pollinized. Maybe that's just me though. The plant has female flowers and you could just snip off the funky part and let it grow.

you mean your plant ended up pollenating herself.
and your others didnt get pollenated by the hermie.

some say if you pull off the balls early enuf your hermie will be ok.
but it depends if it was hermie from seed"like from a fem plant" they are very hard to controle.
if a plant goes hermie that is easyer to controle.
but if i had any form of hermie i would just likk them.
last year i had 11 plants
3 fem big band
6 fem ajans strawberry haze
and 2 fem euphoria, they all went hermie and i ended up killing them all. all 5 weeks into 12/12.

cos i was growing in stages 2 plants every 2 weeks and the hermies were infecting my newer plants, so i had to start again.

i havent used fem seeds since and i havent had any hermie props, since then.

if i could upload avi i would make a plant film, horror of course,i talk to my plants and what scares me is they talk back.

Thats weird man, never seen anything like it, could be herm but with good seed stock it must be environmental stress that caused it...whatever it is!
