What the hell am I doing wrong? Yellow spotty leaves inside fine outside

So I've looked at a bunch of sick plants here and the leaf guides but in still kinda new and kinda lost. I'm using promix 7 gal smart pots and both fox farms and soul grow nutrients in two each of northern lights clones of my own seed. I think this is 3rd gen clones at this point. 2 Cmh 315s approx 24" away, 78* room temp. Can't stop the yellowing spotty dying leaves Inside. I thought for sure calmag and even doubled the dose to 2tsp a gal and not much help. I decided to put some of the extras outside since we had season left and low and behold they seemed to straighten themselves out as seen in one pic. I just put this mother I was keeping for cuts out since it just wasn't getting healthier and we'll see if it does the same. It's too late I think to harvest anything before the cold but it'll be interesting to see if it too straightens up. I did have what looked like soil mites in the beginning but haven't seen much. Everyone said leave em be if they weren't hurting, which they didn't seem to be. I did spray neem, smite, and a few other things a while ago on the mites. Any suggestions as to what I'm effing up here? I have some pseudo manifolded northerns I wanna flip the switch on but I highly doubt they'd make Harvest with a fan! Thanks!

Well yesterday I happened to double up calmag again and added 1/2tsp soul grow n as well on a hunch instead of the scheduled straight water feed and today they do appear healthier/greener! Thanks for the advice and we'll see over the next few feeds what happens. The same strain before seemed fine. Go figure

Calmag is usually calcium nitrate/magnesium nitrate, initially it will add more nitrogen but rarely cures a deficiency, if it goes south again try upping the nutes instead.
