Great idea olds. I will start using your design in my next commercial project I design. Running the potable water through your used radiator is a genious idea. I do not see why they have not thought of this before.

Maybe it is because then your water is not considered potable anymore.

Good idea Olds. But did you realise that most car radiators are put together with a lead base solder? Which is like eating lead based paint chips. Not good for you. Especially if you have small children in your home.

Now you have your potable water running through an old car radiator.

This system you show was not build with an old Car radiator, it was built for this application, with a TIN based solder. Take a persons advise here. Maybe I know what I am talking about.

This is the last I say on this matter. Sure hope I am wrong, and you do not get yourself and other sick with lead poisoning.

you air right about the lead but... i lied to you all i was to lassy to figer out how to put it back into the well. scine my grandpa told me you cant just let the water drop back into the well it will chose bad things to happend i have it going into a hole in the ground right now. thanks for the reminder when i was building the rad cooler you would notice the blue rubber tubs that was becuce i couldint welld to the rad becauce of the lead thanks KP and LDB
