What the...? Advice plz

Yo.

Not rly sure what's happening. I spilt a little bit of a 1% h202 mix on the leaves but nothing else... seems to be only one effected.

Week 4 autos, not fed any nutes yet as compost is quite strong... no damage to any others.

Ideas?

Not really.. slightly.
