What temp to get my Bubba Kush purple?

From what I've heard growing in a low temperature environment you can turn any strain purple. I understand it won't be as purple as a strain with purple in the genetics. My question is what temperature range do I have to be in?

From what i have gathered, the purple is a phenotype which is only present in certain strains and even then it is hit and miss. I have heard that when the temp is reduced at the end of flowering it promotes the purpling but im really not sure on what it will do to a strain with no purple genetics. well ive had some outdoor plants turn purple and they always seem to turn when the nights were getting down in 40s

Well I've had everything in my garden purple from cold night temps so I'd say anything in the low 60's but I wouldn't go into the 50's because that is a drastic change in temp from when the lights are on

68-70 should do the trick during night time. You could go lower though, but you're plants may or may not respond well to the cooler temps.

Mine went purple when I hit the high 50's-low 60's. I don't think either is a purple pheno. They are green at normal temps, but go purple around 60 and lower.
