What strains are known for Foxtailing?

I was wondering what strains you all have had that have been known to foxtail. Foxtailing is here plants grow buds in strands from several small stems where the budding starts.

I was recently reminded of foxtailing and want to grow one that does it just for the pleasure of doing it.

Examples of foxtailing:

blue cheese, every one i grow foxtails.

some srains foxtail more than other but its really heat related, buds are forced to grow in a fashion where heat is not collected. warmer nights help bring out the fox tailing.

was wondering if I was the only one. Never had it happen to the extent of the pics, but in the last two weeks just about every time, they will foxtail. Still dense buds on the inside, but the last two week swell is wasted on foxtailing :cuss:

I will say tho that the smoke is worth it every time :eyesmoke:

A lot of sativas will foxtail (regardless of grow room temp)
Two strains I've grown that foxtail are nevilles haze (mr.nice, already mentioned) and mekong haze (delta 9 labs, not a true "haze" but a pure landrace sativa).
I'd suggest nevilles haze over the mekong haze though, they were MUCH easier to germinate.
And be prepared to wait a good 18 weeks for flowering! (I even had one mekong haze go to 23 weeks)

heat, too much nitrogen, sativa genetics can all contribute to foxtailing.
I had Odyssey from a bay area CA dispensary that foxtailed a lot on me. That grow was really hot though.

H&G's shooting powder is also claimed to cause foxtailing
