what strain to use for sog or scrog

ok i got all i need except main ingredient the seed which is a good strain for sog or scrog i was thinkin some white widow or some northern lights or maybe u guys have a better suggestion i just cant decide to excited i guess lol.
 
I've had good sucess with topping & scroging the 2 strain's i've mentioned! Paradise Seeds! seed bank,, the Strain was,, "Wappa" / Also Sweet Seeds! seed bank,, the Strain Was,, "Wild Rose"
Both the strains are good for SCROGing..

hey guys srry been busy with RL stuff kicked my roommates out so i could start growing but my landlord hadnt been paying the morgage for last 6months so place was forclosed on in litigation with him now ..... but living with the rents just got my comp up in running motherboard crashed going to be moving out in bouta month, and i gota have surgery on the 27th then gona be collecting ssi. but when i get the place i already got a growcab blueprinted out gona make my own cuz noone will meet my standards and florida growing is still illegal. i will start a thread from start to finsh cab construction and all still gona lst so look for it end oct early nov well c ya tom :idea::weed:
 
Almost all strain can be done in a scrog. I normally run multiple strains under a scrog.
As far a SOG...run one strain.
 
ya i got everything figured out but 1 thing the most important i cant decide wich seed i start lookin and i just want thenm all haaaaaaa which would u say has high yeaild and great potency

well merry xmas Finally gona start begin of year been goin to doc and battlin ssi so much just havent had the time to do anything but got a spot just waitin on ssi to pull thru just got a lawyer so should be soon keep yall posted :)
