It's high .. but it's also in something that is predominantly indica so it you like a sativa high you will not find it in that strain regardless of what THC percentage is claimed.

But keep one thing in mind. When breeders have THC tests done they have MANY buds from MANY plants tested and they always go with the highest percentage found ... so what that means is the genetics give you a possibility of getting up 25% THC. It is not a guarantee, it is a possibility. The beans you get might be from a female that if tested would be 19% or 23% and unless you provide optimal conditions and environment and do everything right you won't even get that.

Purchase a quality strain that will give you the type of high that you enjoy the most. If you do that, in the end you will be happy you did.

I only tried growing it once and luck was not with me. I was trying several different strains so I bought two feminized seeds of each. All popped and at about week three into veg the two young cats I had at the time raced into my grow room and had a wrestling match on top of my pots/plants and I lost half of what I was growing, the Chocolpoe included, so for personal experience you will have to ask someone else.
