What Size Should My Fixture Be?

I am building a fixture to go over 2 3x3 tables so basically 3x6. I am going to use angelina reflectors and am curious what suggestions for size? I was thinking 2x5 or 2.5'x5.5". Also, do any of you have experience using .05 thick aluminum angle and how it performed? I cannot find any 1/8" thick in this city. Also, have you used 3/4 angle or 1/2 angle. I am considering 1/2 due to cost.

I rivet my together 1/2 inch aluminum angle little flimsy but not to bad its going to hang there not get toss around like a feed bag should work ok and when you rivet little side angles for heatsinks and driver and others like dimmers it makes it stronger I think you might want two small ones instead of one big one due to different plants heights or age good luck

Thanks for the reply. I went with 3/4" as the 1/2" did seem flimsy. It doubled my cost but if I invested so much already into this its better not to get cheap now. I was going to buy 1/8" thick but that would have really increased my weight. I already am looking at around 40+# for this thing if it as built as one. I am leaning towards 2 fixtures now. I will have to buy another potentiometer but thats cheap.
