the best strain that supplies your needs., it will be easier if u could say what are ur medical needs like for example u looking for a narcotic effect, pain relief or an energetic high social and to get shit done. Tnx

Because OP just asked for recommendations not recommendations based on any sort of criteria. Generally when this sort of question is asked just general answers based on experience are being sought.
