What should i do? (Pics)

Hello all, i have a couple of plants thats in week 2 of flower and they are getting too tall. Could the ScrOG help solve this problem? I was thinking LST at first but its too many tops to lst, so now im thinking ScrOG that way i can bring em' all down together at once if its do-able?.
I could move the lights up higher, by trying to hang it up on a higher spot but that would require alot of changing shit around plus more material. ScrOG sounds like a good idea i think?First grow help me out folks.
