What qualifies a plant as a "purple"

I currently have a strain that is turning an amazing dark puprple. The fan leaves are completely purple, and it has started turning the bud leaves purple also, almost black. Given enough time should this continue to turn purple. Night time temps are in the low to high 50's and during the light hours reaches 68 degrees F. Would you (hopefully an experienced grower) feel comfortable labeling this strain a purple? Ill have to get pics tomorrow. Camera is run out of battieries right now.

.....if it stays purple and its not from nute deficiencies then its purple. Any herb can have purples though. It really doesnt mean anything. Usually though if its not a known purple strain, it will turn purple from deficiencies or stress.

Your night time temps are very low, which may cause the purpleness.

yeah i did, pretty creative huh? did when I was stoned, laughed my ass off at the finished product for and hour straight.

Yeah its funny cause thats was like Kermits professional 'Head Shot' Thats the pic that would be handed out and autographed. Simple and funny, good shit.

If I were kermit I would do blow. Corrections on the temps. It is usually 68 during the light hours and i would guess high 50's or low 60's during the night.
