What nutrients to use that are pretty simple?

I like with FloraTrio that I can add more bloom and less gro and medium micro half way through flower. Opposite for veg or whatever they might need. I've always been nervous of a one part. GH self buffers too though, so it's nice that wouldn't change.

You try Veg+Bloom ever?
Yeah I totally understand wanting to have control over the certain nutes like more gro for veg and more bloom for bud. I was exactly the same way. But they got me because on there site they give away a free half pound all you pay is like 4 dollars in shipping, and once I tried it I was hooked my plant instantly looked healthier and my yields increased by at least 30% within 1 harvest I bought a year supply because it was on sale cost me 45$. Normally cost me around 200$ a year.

Do you notice a waxy feeling on stems and this certain smell with the GH that you don't with green leaf or other nutes?

I didn't notice a waxy feeling when using GH or greenleaf, does that happen with all strains you grow? I did a little research though and the waxy feeling your feeling is called cuticle and is normal I must've just not noticed it my lights turn on in a few hours and I will check for it. Note this is only normal on the stems, not any other part of the plant.

That's what I said. How much per gallon in veg/transition/week2-5/5-9?
Here is a feeding chart they have it on there site as well. This is how about many grams per gallon to use at different stages of growth. But i would recommend using a ec meter to get a proper measurement of the nutrients your using. Measuring by weight/volume will only be so accurate.

I assume in RO rdwc you've got to use the calmag pro too right? Feeding chart is too damn simple haha. I'm intrigued.

So have you used their Bud Explosion?
Yeah I bought there whole line up. First I just used the base mega crop and that worked pretty well(better than my gh flora trio+additives I was using at the time). Then I started using the bud explosion and and they got a little bit bigger. Then I started the bud candy which I noticed made my trichomes swell and my buds got way more pungent. I'm still fully dialing in the bud candy and then I'm gonna start the kelp extract. I like to do them one at a time so I don't give my plants nute burn cause you have to adjust each one as you add other stuff.

Envy nutrients! I strongly recommend checking them out!

I've tried several nutrients over the years and had settled on GH until recently.

I ran a crop with ENVY several years ago and it was the best tasting crop I had had. However I couldn't get the ENVY unless I ordered it and I don't like to order grow supplies so I bought GH locally.

Recently I found a source for the ENVY and switched back and the change was imediately noticeable. The plants flat out looked happier, and the harvest tasted even better then usual!

It's a simple two part nutrient that you use equal parts of both through the whole grow from veg right through flower. It's non precipitating and has a great ratio of nutrients for strong growth. As your plants get older you simply increase the dosage as they need. It's a liquid so it mixes easily, and it leaves no residue in your reservoir or discoloration on the roots.

It's not marketed towards cannabis growing so they don't over charge for it and it has a great mix ratio so gallons go a long ways.

Everything that's in the sweet candy us in the mega crop already... PK boosts for bloom and cacal mag for ro water make sense but not raising manganese, potassium and sulfur with that sweet candy stuff.

I adjust the mega crop when I add new stuff. I don't know what else to say bro this stuff works the pics speak for themselves its the cheapest high quality commercial grade nutrient out there. They even have the price graphs on there site and they are so confident you'll keep buying they offer a free sample.

Great thread, really intrigued with Mega Crop after looking into it some more.

I run two 50 gal reservoirs using GH Maxi series and all the additives with good success but planned on switching to Jack's 321 once my tub ran out.

Just ordered my free sample of Mega Crop but pretty sure I will be grabbing a 20 pound bag next. Stuff looks legit

If you used all the additional bottles with GH, are you gonna also use their calmagpro and bud explosion?
