Some beginning flowering is happening. What ratio N-P-K fertilizer should they be given at this stage? Currently using the same 3-3-3 Organic fertilizer from veg.
you want low N high P and K. In the First week Of flower I give my plants some stuff that is 0-42-54 or something like that, it helps the plant to initiate flowering.
if you can, go for a 3 part system, but if you cant get something that is high P and K. Make sure you add some sort of sugar (honey, brown sugar, molasses). It makes a big difference in the size of the buds, more then some fertalizers

Many of the top growers are advising against this type of fertilizer for flowering. You need to get some N in there to keep the lower limbs from dying. When the plant can't get enough N for flowering, it starts feeding off of itself and the limbs begin dying from the bottom up. That's what I've learned from Uncle Ben, Riddleme, Roseman, and several other experienced growers. Read up on Uncle Ben's thread about tricks and tweaks.
