The temp below the light but just above the canopy will be a lot hotter than the room temp
Okay. But one of the plants is 1 week younger than others and in a smaller pot so its canopy is like 25cm lower from other plants canopys and it also has few brown spots (2nd picture).

That's unrelated to the leaf tacoing of the taller plant(s). One spot like that doesn't look bad. It looks like slight nute burn on some other leaf tips in that photo. I've seen photos of K def that show something similar to that spot (along with some nute-burn'ish appearance on the edges/tips).

Alright. I lifted the light a little bit. I will see tomorrow if it has spread or stopped and i might have given little bit of too much of nutes last watering. So i will give them pure water for few times

The lights too close to the top of the canopy will cause the humidty to drop, the temputer goes up and the plant would stress out and drink more water, so it increases the chance of getting nute burn as the soil ec increases when the soil drys out, so you need to water more often
