Shit they lowered the price on these. $152 shipped after code RIU10.

I also agree with this, tried and tested tech/company.

Only thing I would recommend is to avoid external dimmers were possible, they are weak point. Not sure if all drivers have internal dimmers now (it's basically a screw that can be easily over turned if heavy handed). They are also something I wish was not built in, one more potential fail point. Dimming tech is mostly a gimmick, especially on low W units, not required for 99% of people, imo.

What does this even mean?
Not sure why he said that.

I feel dimming is a necessity if you have strong enough lights. My plants are just now bouncing back from too much light when switching rooms, I have my lights dimmed as far as I can and all the way to the ceiling (9+ ft)and still hitting like 500 on par meter. My veg room is not very bright so they are not happy with the switch in rooms. Getting better daily now that they are getting used to it.

Sorry to get off track, to the OP listen about the light not being enough. Get at least 35 real watts per sq ft. So if it was me I’d look for a 210 watt dimmable full spectrum fixture using Samsung 301 b/h chips, prob a mean well driver. Just cause it’s 210 watts doesn’t mean it will be run that high all the time but it’s nice to have it when you need it. And it the impact on electric bill will be next to nothing.

I’m talking about out of the 2 I posted not spending more then 100 till I get more plants lol
Well, if those are my only options, I'd say the Vipar P600 because I don't know anything about the other one. $60 isn't too bad for a small light to begin with. It will still be useful later when you want more light.

Well shit. I just found the P600 for $45 after the extra 10% off code on there. Well that's a decent deal for sure. You can't really go wrong there. Shit, you could get 2 with $100. Crazy.
