What light to choose?

I am looking at turning my 20 by 20 garage into a grow room.
my biggest concern is the lights that I should use. Like everyone else I don't want to over pay if I don't have to. I am looking at 2 different lights and was wondering if I could get some of opinions.

First Choice

Second Choice

I will not have the money to start till November so I am always looking for better deals.

If you go with the digital you might have problems with interference.
Also, shop around, you might be able to get a 1000w set up for cheaper.

Some digital ballasts have been known to cause interference due to the radio frequency they give out. It can interfer with things like cable and wi-fi. What's worse, it can affect your neighbours stuff.

I always prefer to stick with old-fashioned magnetic ballasts - just a huge inductance. No electronically active parts - nothing to go wrong.
