Yea that's fair, I guess $600 max. I'd like to go LED for energy saving purposes.why don't you give us your budget instead of saying what you cant afford and well help find a light to suit it?
Those are fantastic lights.I know you can get a Growers Choice for around $500. I love mine. They are worth looking at in my opinion.
$549 isn't terrible for 480w is it? Also you don't have any issues with overheating or burning smell? Thats the one complaint ive seen posted about mars-hydro products.I use a mars hydro fce 4800. It gets the job done. Really any 480-600w bar light rated at 2.5umol/joule or higher will do the trick. Some of the best weed I’ve ever smoked came out of my 2x4 with 300w of cheap generic led 2 $60 150w lights.
no problems with it at all, won it on a giveaway here last year. Just ordered this though, same specs minus the uva on the current gen and like $200 cheaperSAMPHON Led Grow Lights 4x4ft Coverage Dimmable Daisy Chain Full Spectrum 480W Hanging Plant Lights for Indoor Growing,Grow Lamp for Indoor Plants Veg and Bloom https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Q559RKG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WB2E1KM60TCYHJENH72S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 moving up to an 8x4 for main flowering and retiring all my hid stuff$549 isn't terrible for 480w is it? That thing looks pretty dope. At $699 though, is it worth it compared to the Mars Hydro FC4800 which is $550? Aside from blackbird @600w VS fc4800 @480w....Like how much difference in production/hours of light lifetime can i expect out of the HLG product?Check Amazon for the new HLG Blackbird. Newest model in their Scorpion line. HLG is out of stock on their website but Amazon has them.
