What kinda plant is this? (pics)

It appears to be the exotic (and somewhat rare) Western Faux Cannibis. The telltale sign is that it grows sideways!

But, seriousely folks, it's kinda hard to tell from that picture, a close-up of the leaves would be a big help! The leaves "seem" to be serrated, but not quite. The "Fingers" seem to join together, forming a (very) small "Hand". Both of these charactoristics would indicate "It ain't Pot", but I really think a better "Close-up" would make it more obvious.

Can't tell. Lose blood to my head trying to get a look.
Get a closer pic and turn it the right way.

Well, that second round of photos makes it clear! I don't know what it is - but I know what it isn't. It isn't cannabis!

I know it's not cannabis. Does have some features though. I'm going to call it Mock Pot. Till some one tells me what it really is. Lol anyhow it's a funny looking plant. Thanks for the replies.
 
Hi guys. I remember reading somewhere that growers hide their out-door grows with Duck Foot plant that look like weed. Here's what I found:
