What kind of vaporizer do you use?

This thread is dedicated to the wonderfull world of vaporizers. Where is the best deal and what are the best vaporizers for the money?

What kind of vaporizer do you use?
How much did you pay for it?
where did you get it? Would you recommend it to others?
What (if any) improvements would you make to it?

This is my desktop unit. It is a Vaporite VP 600. It is adjustable from 10 degrees to 450 degrees.Once it reaches the set temp it cycles up and down about 30 to 40 degrees. I love this thing!!! Beware once you start vaporizing you might as well toss your pipes out because they just don't get you high any more. It is kind of a double edge sword. I got it online from a company called Halfbaked.com. One of my whips got broken in the mail and the sent me another one right away. I payed $84.05 plus $10 bucks shipping. Now I think they are $100. Still not a bad deal when you compare it to others out there.

a heat gun, a huge blown glass down stem, and an oven bag. I don't do it that often. I'd rather enjoy it.

Super Vapezilla - about $600 for the digital model. I got it for Xmas from the wife a couple years ago. Ordered form wicked roots. This thing is the bomb! Works every bit as well as the day it showed up here. It has more than paid for itself in stingy cannabis consumption. Once you go vape, it is hard to justify going any other way.

It's more efficient, but it tastes funny. If you don't have a lot it's a good option.

I smoke about half as much with the vape as I did with a bong. I figure if I bought two of them, I wouldn't have to smoke any at all!

For any medical patients, The Vapor brothers unit is great compact unit that you don't have to hide because it looks pretty on it own and is an aroma therapy unit as well.
The VB vids on youtube sold me on them.

Many will recommend the volcano because the machine does all the work. But they are pretty expensive, but worth the cost for the convenience.

I have a vapor genie and i f'ing love that thing. its a small wooden pipe and man does it perform

Sweet great feed back! It is true once you go vape you never go back. I grind up like 2/10 of a gram and get 6 or 8 HUGE snott blowin rips off of it and im good. If I shove that in my bong I get 1 good hit and a crapy clearing hit yucky. Has anyone ever scraped the whip when it plugs up? It tastes like hash! I just hit the whip a couple of times at 400 when I am out of weed and it rocks me. Thanx for the post's guys. Time to vape up and play WOW. I love being self employed!!!!

Silver surfer Bitches!!! Got ice chambers and bubblers for add ons and the screen is super easy to change. Ceramic heating element is 6 years ols and still ticking.

Bottom line: any vape is better than none!

tried the KIA first but it would burn the herb, they all seem to be too much work except for the VOLCANO it is the Ultimate Vape , like no other.

Would I recommend it: Like I tell everyone, you may not get as high with a vape vs a bong or jay (per-say) but the "high" lasts longer and you don't get the weed hang-over(when you've smoked a lot and you get those bad headaches). All in all its a great setup, takes about 3 mins to heat up but once its going your set. I would not recommend his for more than 2 people, the only reason being it takes too long to achieve the high. By the time 4 or 5 people have gotten high its taken 15 to 20 mins....time is money so this is a no go for me.

I'm using a Vapor Genie, it's a vaporizing pipe. I was skeptical at first, knowing it wouldn't compare to a bulky electric tabletop model, but for ease of use, affordability and dramatic improvement in taste and flavor it can't be beat. It takes a little while to find the sweetspot of no burnage when applying flame, but once you get the hang of it, it's a snap. Get a good pipe lighter and you're all set. I won't be firing up my water pipe again anytime soon. Get a Vapor Genie...you'll be glad ya did and your lungs will too.

digital or original volcano. expensive at headshops but if you actually put forth an effort you can get it wholesale, from a vendor, online, or hundreds cheaper if you know or meet someone with a connect. I love volcanos.

I bought one a week ago due to a lung problem that leaves me coughing on the floor when I smoke a pipe. My Vaporite works very well for the price and two hits of my morning "coffee" I am pain free and good to go. However, we need to define a pinch....my meat hooks may be larger than yours!
