What Kind of Lights for My Wonder Woman Seedlings? Mh? Flouro?

Alright i have five wonder woman seeds just sprouting dropped them in some rapid rooter plugs and as of right now i have 2 four foot 5000k t8 flouros (four tubes per fixture) i also have a 600w MH cool tube light. Which should i use...If i use the mh light how far from the tops should it be. or could i use all the lights at the same time the flouros on the side and mh light in the middle? The seeds havnt sprouted from ground yet so i dunno if that matters but tap root was exposed before i dropped em in....

dont know how far but ide use the mh less work more bud

i would start them out under the flouros for a week or so, and then move them under the 600 mh

thats what i did with my last ones. I just wasnt sure if i could cut some time in growing using the mh, but i dont want to burn them and kill them with to much light. seeds were a pretty penny so after a week under floros how far away should the mh light be, cause it does get pretty warm but i do have an exhaust system.
