what kind of lights and how many watts for a grow box?

CFL's and whatever is the highest wattage that you can get. Make sure to check to get a cold colour for veg and a warm colour for flowering though.

Do you really wanna do this? I mean, you could maybe try doing a little research, the answers are all out there for the taking...Google "CFL Pot Growing" and start absorbing information...A good trick if you're braindead and don't like to research, find someone online with a really successful grow that fits your space and try to imitate their methods.
