Do you have a small fan circulating the air around them? If not it may have got a lil warm. No biggie.

Might be more than heat stress. You are using cfls, that are 6-9 inches away. Thats pretty far away for CFL's. So it might be something else.......

my exact thoughts, how do you heat stress with CFL's 6 to 9 inches away....how many watts are those bulbs.

I've been keeping my week old babies within 2 or 3 inches from a 23w CFL...and don't see any signs of heat stress

I can't see the photo clear enough to see if that's actually a twist or curl.
I know that it might sound stupid but I actually get twists in my leaves all the time; some of them actually even rip. I do not know if this is normal or not, but it does not affect my plants.

IMG_0229.jpgI keep my fourfoot T fives about 6 to 9 inches above them depending on how big the tallest plant is. The tallest plant might be 1 to 2 inches away from the bulbs but only the red ones burn them.
I don't know what it is on yours or if it's the same as mine, but like these guys said it doesn't look that serious.
Good luck.

If you have CFLs 6-9 inches away, idk how thats heat stress... Do you not have ANY fans in there? I have 300 Watts of CFLs withing 4 inches of all of my week old seedlings, and no sign of heat stress...

there are not currently any fans in there because I keep the temperature in the lower percentile already. Should I add a fan anyway?

yes, even if the temps are stable, you want the air moving.
good circulation for the plants breath.
