This is second one of these that I've found on the growing table, already dying.

Looks like a Lady-Bug (Google & make sure), they're your friends.

I would guess early stage June bug. I say early stage cause it doesn't look like it has a split in it's back for wings yet.

It definitely is not a ladybug. But, I think it might be a June Bug. If so, do I have reason to worry?

they do eat leaves, and if you are growing in soil the grubs eat roots. i've ahd them come on my house before, (not since starting to grow), seems more likely to have snuck in rather than come from soil though I dunno what your growing in.
