dirt weed... usually caused from not being properly grown, dried/cured, and packaged/stored. and can be from being old too.

Hey guys, so I was walking down the street and some guy gave me this bag, and he said that'll be 30 bucks...so I gave him my 30 bucks and I forgot about it completely. I got home and remembered. I took some of my rolling papers, becauseI thought it might be weed. It smells like skunk, it's green and brownish and when I smoke it it makes me happy.....think it might be weed guys?
