Last week I had my PH too high and my leaves turned yellow I figured the soil was too high as well so I did two cycles of PH really low and now i have been using perfect PH but my leaves are starting to turn purple! My Plant looks like shit and it only has about two weeks left to give me what i want....will she live? what do i do?2011-10-05_11-34-10_740.jpg

!!! what kind of dirt is that ???
I'd say it's P deficiency, probably compounded by other nutrient imbalances caused or aided by growing in ... well, dirt.
Since she's almost done though, just ride it out is my advice. You're not going to change things much if you blasted her with perfect nutes now . You won't get much smoke but I'll wager it'll be good. cn

I think i answered this in your other thread, get a ph meter, you cant keep guessing the ph, if u do this will continue.

haha these plants were outside and in pots we put them both in one pot but didnt have enough potting soil to fill the 5 gal pot so we just scrapped dirt off the ground... there is soil underneath its our first grow we are just experimenting.. next one will be way more professional

i cant afford a high tech ph meter until the harvest comes... as of now i am just using the ph dye drops.. the reason i reposted it is because you asked for a picture... so here it is

Ok no worries bro, this is what i think happened, it all started with that terrible soil from the garden ,it gave you issues ,you thought it was ph(it prob wasnt) so you tried to adjust the ph(now it is outta whack) only to make things worse. Next time ph meter(digital) $25 off ebay, nice soil from nursery and keep making improvements every grow.

i just dont understand how it was the soil because i started this back in august and we didnt have problems until last week.... the plant looked beautiful up until last week

The clay has a capacity to fix/ adsorb phosphate. The plant "ran out" in all probability. A dose of potassium phosphate would have made a difference ... about three weeks ago. cn

damn your right about those ph meteres... but why do the ones at the hydro stores cost like 240? PMP testers or something? whats the difference?
