do you think thats a good possibility? or i should just keep dreaming.

The Medical Marijuana industry in my opinion is going to blow up.. even more than it already has. i believe that in a few years there will be companies that have warehouses full of medical marijuana distributing it out to all the shops. Who will these companies go to to grow their product? home growers like yourself? or people with botany or horticulture degree's? i have been thinking strongly on going back to school getting a degree in horticulture in hopes that by the time i graduate companies will be hiring people to tend to their crops.

yeah they are outside now.. i started the sexing stage... hopefully they turn out to be girls..

As far as the algae on the rockwool you are correct, just cover it. I use a little square of panda film but, anything that blocks the light should work. The little light on the aerogarden is better than you think, I can veg mine to about 8-9 inches in the machine. I have never put it outside but, don't see any problem with sunlight. Maybe bugs and neighbors... If you think that you need more light get 2-3 42W CFL's and add them to the factory light.

problem number 2... right where the stem comes out of the rockwole.. its thick then it gets brown and skinny for about a half inch.. i dont know if its weak from me bending the plants over to check them out... so i carefully tore the rockwole out of the roots and put new rockwole slightly higher than where the old one was and covered up the weak stem.... pushing the plants about a half inch down into the aero garden making them slightly shorter... it seems to have worked...

this small aero garden light is not powerful enough for all 5 of these plants.. today i took the light off and put the plants outside in the nice arizona sun... they are on 16/8 cycle... so pretty much 12 hours of the time they get sunlight and 4 hours they get the crappy aero garden light...

will the changes in the lighting hurt my babies?

that is my current and only problem... the lighting.

Hey! long time no chat.

Those plants died i threw about 17 seeds in a bag of soil.. cut the bag half way... watered it.. up popped 15 plants! i took 7 and i put them in the aero garden... they all blew up.. within 3 days they were already 8x the size... they are now 3x the size of the ones that are still outside....

2 of them were weak links so i pulled them... 1 is towering over all the others hogging all the light.. so i have 1 nice one and 4 ok ones...

new plants.. new problems...

first probelm was algea was growing on my rockwole.. i didnt know what to do.. but i did know algea cant grow without light. i cut plastic circles from a walmart bag.. put them over the top of the rockwole around the stem and put masking tape over it... no more algea.. plants are doing good..

Unlike many here if the answer is I don't know I will tell you that. I check in just about everyday so just send me the questions you have.
