what is wrong with my weed plant :(

hey i got a weed platn about 1 month into growth and i first put bana peels on the soil then a week later i put potato skins...sadly this is what happen..some leaf tips are brown..and some leaves started to severly wilt especially the newer lower leaves...a dark green wilt...can some please tell me whats wrong and what i can do to help this...
