What is wrong with my plant?

Okay this piture of this plant is not mine. However it looks exactly like my leaves do and I dont think it is normal. Anyone know what this bunchy leaves thing is? PeAcE!

you might have a nutrient problem if your leaves are yellowing like that. but the top looks kinda like its molting which is when a plant in flower starts to veg again, due to stress and other unstable factors, and starts producing fan leaves again near the tops of buds. you may have to set forth a hardcore online investigation to find out what it is if u dont think thats what it is.

its not the yellowing. its the way the leaves are all crumpled up looking thats what I meant sorry for not making sense.
