What is wrong with my plant?

Can someone please tell me why my leaves are turning these colors? my ph is about 6.0

I would say about 2 weeks and i just replaced the water and added about a half tablet of the AG nut. I still need to get some better ones but that's what im working with now.

was that from seed?

it's hungry and seems to be eating itself imo.

its a clone. should i put more nuts in?
