I had one plant light stress in flower and produced a dozen seeds or so (more than the couple I might find occasionally.). I didn't do anything. I just collected a dozen seeds during trim. I don't know if that's the correct thing to do.

Maybe a photo would help. It seems to me if you already have seeds, what's done is done. Removing them won't do anything. It might cause the plant to put a tiny amount more energy into producing bud. But, it seems better to me to have the seeds and grow more bud.
