Looks like a pollen sac to me. If this is coming off your plant and you dont know what it is, I am guessing your plant is a Hermie.

pollen sacks, they look unopened to me still, on a good note. i thought you said you were harvesting the pollen though.......n/m, i realize now your trying to remove the pollen sacks from a girl thats hermied on you, not from a male for breeding purposes. yeah, thats a male sack man. remove em all very carefully.
