What is this tiny bug?

Indoor grow. Hundreds of them caught. There is no apparent damage. They are about half size of fungus gnat.
Note the pincers on Bug3

It looks like a fungus gnat to me. Winged root aphids look very similar but I doubt you'd have hundreds without showing any damage.

It is half size and has pincers on its ass.

Ok. I had earlier infestation of fungus gnats that were 3mm long. These were 1.5mm, hence the confusion.
