Thats a male flower or nanner as its called. Use tweezers and pick it off then spray with water. Look over the entire plant with a magnifying glass if need be and you can save the plant.

Commonly known as a Brazillian ladyboy where I come from. Work out why it is there. Light leak? Ph fluctuation? Stress? High temps? If none of those factors, ditch any cuttings you have since they are likely to hermie as well. I know some dont mind hermies, I see them as a blight after loosing lots of good buds which were seeded due to my lack of diligence. Seed may be heavier than bud so those selling their grow dont mind them. JMO W

Looks like a new leaf too me, pretty flat looking and I notice what appears to be a vein up the middle.

I have had that happen so you could be right about that....its sometimes hard to tell even in person let alone a picture.

Maybe, like Grub said it can be hard to tell them apart sometimes. I still see what appears to be veining. Both up the middle and even the beginning of lateral right at the base........
