What is this please?

Can anyone help identify this please? 6 week old outdoor auto strain, ph 6.0-6.5, feeding 3 ml of Cal/Mag, Bio Grow and Fish mix per litre. Thanks for any help

Those little white patches look like thrip damage so keep your eyes open for tiny bugs kind of tube shaped as adults. Easy enough to see if you have sharp eyes or a 5x magnifying glass. That hole in the one leaf is probably just a grasshopper or something came along and had a snack. Thrips don't do that.

Not a deficiency.
