What is this method?

It looks like a Sea of green but with one plant LST'ed ? Could it be a kind if SOG ? at what stage of the grow/flowering do I ad the 'net' or the grid over my LST'd plant?

I'm I on the right way thinking it's LST w/ SOG methods? I want to do this with one of my baby wich is getting really tall (but still flexible)
