What is this? Foxtail or Hermie?

Not sure what this girl is doing? This is my 3rd year growing and I don't have a clue as to what is going on. Anyone seen this before?

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

It looks like it re vegged at some stage and now its flowering again. Clean up any brown/necrotic foliage ,feed it some PK and and let it go as normal.

That's weird as hell it definately looks like it got interrupted in the growing process somewhere ....I just can't believe the amount of frost for very little to no bud ....weird

yeah it looks like every other revegged plant ive seen with those single bladed leaves

Thanks Much! I was just really worried it was a hermie but couldn't see any real "balls"... I put it away from my other 5 plants which are all in different stages of growth this year, it's been a weird growing season outdoors this year in Washington!

Yeah don't know what that's all about, also it smells real good just no substance, OG Deadhead strain.
