i want to know what that arrangement is

it can't be an organic battery for running cfl's!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyway taht splitter is a "y" or a splitter

I'm not too sure about the "Y-splitter" thing, man! It looks an aweful lot like a 24 db per octave, Subwoofer, active cross-over network, @ about 80hz.
