what kind of light are you using? sometimes ill start seeds in soil with no light and when they pop up ill stick them under light and get that effect, as long as your not feeding them and the soil is not to rich its probably light burn, i would flush with some distilled water and pull the light back a bit and i bet it will go away, if it is light burn then al the new growth will be fine
